Who is Vida Christy?
Well, I am a mother of 3 magnificent boys ranging from 1 to 10–all of whom walk on all fours and speak in loud gruff voices. I am a career woman–I’ve built a strong career in technology although my first passion is ministry and literary arts. I am a daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece to some of the most unique and fabulous people I’ve ever met. I actually enjoy the holidays with my family.
I’m a workaholic. I’m a stay at home mom who twilights in the office. I’m a student fasidiously trying to gain the degrees I walked out on a decade ago. I’m a fabulous friend–as long as you do not need me every day–to a fabulous group of friends.
I love to laugh. I love the ironies of life. I love that the season’s change in the Mid-Atlantic–and that the end of the summer is marked with Hurricanes. I love football season. I love a good craft show. I love pedicures in a massage chair. I love…love.
But, beyond all that…I am a sister born on this side of the Cross of Jesus Christ who refuses to allow that sacrafice to have been in vain. So, my virtual light is always on…
